Description
This webinar will explore a professional engineer’s ethical and contractual obligations as well as the legal issues that may arise if one fails to act in accordance with those obligations. The presentation will focus on issues pertinent to the steel industry and will include case studies demonstrating how an engineer’s ethical or contractual duties can take center stage in everyday legal disputes.
This in-depth webinar is provided by the Steel Joist Institute (SJI) in partnership with Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani. Participation will earn you 2.0 PDHs. This webinar does not meet the Florida Ethics Continuing Education requirements. Check your state for final acceptance.

Registration is $75 per person for individual and $300 for site registration.
