This building will be used as a community center for a park. It is a hip and valley roofing system and includes the integration of light gauge trusses with the steel joist. Also, scissor trusses and deep double pitched steel joist complete the product mix.

Retail and amusement park under roof located in Carlstadt, NJ. This was a complete renovation of an existing structure plus added retail space. The joist design was complex due to site conditions, needs of the owner, and complicated geometry presented by the architect to utilize the existing.

Steel is the material of choice for the SMSC Ice Arena, complete with an environmentally friendly green roof. The 63,223 square foot facility sits in the heart of the SMSC community, adjacent to the 214,000 square foot Dakotah! Sport & Fitness facility and is also connected to the community’s Playworks Educare and Event Facility.
