There is more to steel deck than holding up a roof or a slab of concrete. While much of the time a traditional gravity load table will get you close to where you need to be, there are still questions to be answered. What fastening will the deck require? Does the deck need to be galvanized, painted or both? Are there fire-rated assemblies you must adhere to? There is a bigger picture to steel deck, and this session will help you navigate it.
