This is the Painting Facility for the Nissan Leaf Electric Vehicle. The project consisted of girder, short-span and long-span joists with wide flange beam headers being bolted to joist vertical members.
The use of a steel joists and joist girders over a heavier, less flexible structural system was economical as well as structurally effective.

This is a new manufacturing facility in Midland, MI, that will produce batteries for electric and hybrid automobiles. Steel joists and joist girders were utilized for the support of a very complex layout of mechanical equipment and process piping.
The purpose of this project was to provide a new roof to the existing Nalco building in Bedford Park, Ill. (a Chicago suburb) without interrupting the chemical production within the facility.
This project is a Distribution Center servicing northern California for Medline Industries, Inc. The project sits on 37 acres & consists of the main warehouse of 1,050,000 square feet & an office area of 24,000 square feet in the Prologis International Park of Commerce in Tracy, CA.
