This is the Painting Facility for the Nissan Leaf Electric Vehicle. The project consisted of girder, short-span and long-span joists with wide flange beam headers being bolted to joist vertical members.
The use of a steel joists and joist girders over a heavier, less flexible structural system was economical as well as structurally effective.

This project is the design, construction and installation of 135,000 sq ft. of industrial and vast, steel fabricated mezzanines, as part of a complex material handling system for Skechers USA, in Moreno Valley, CA.
This project had an aggressive schedule with only six weeks for engineering and start of delivery. The entire project delivered in three to four months and each sequence required multiple loads of material on-site at one time.
A new $1.9 billion state-of-the-art electric -arc-furnace (EAF) flat roll steel mill in Sinton, Texas. Consisting of New Millennium Building Systems steel joist, joist girders and steel roof deck.
