Founded in 1866, the F.W. Webb Company is the largest distributor of its kind in the Northeast and has been serving the residential, commercial, industrial and institutional customers with their construction, renovation, maintenance, and repair needs. Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, Commercial Refrigeration, and PVF industries are the company’s core businesses. The project consists of 1390 tons steel joists and Joist Girders, 800 tons structural steel and 720 tons of steel deck. The new Distribution Center will be hailed as one of the largest facilities of its kind in the state of New Hampshire, and will replace and be more than double the size of the company’s current Distribution Center located in Amherst, NH.

This project had an aggressive schedule with only six weeks for engineering and start of delivery. The entire project delivered in three to four months and each sequence required multiple loads of material on-site at one time.

This project is a Distribution Center servicing northern California for Medline Industries, Inc. The project sits on 37 acres & consists of the main warehouse of 1,050,000 square feet & an office area of 24,000 square feet in the Prologis International Park of Commerce in Tracy, CA.

Roof Replacement

The purpose of this project was to provide a new roof to the existing Nalco building in Bedford Park, Ill. (a Chicago suburb) without interrupting the chemical production within the facility.
