Key Aviation at Anoka, MN, airport was the name of the project. The Owner requested a 76,000sf hangar for private jets. By changing the system from metal fab building to structural long span and precast, we where able to save over $500,000 in cost and reduce delivery time by 2 months.

The advantage was a system that allowed the Owner to park dozens of private jets and not worry about hitting columns. After painting the precast walls and structural steel also gave the owner and their clients a very clean and crisp look. The delivery time also allowed the building to open on time and park jets – time is money!
